Description
The TF49-4PCAS-N is a 4 piece Freightliner Cascadia Installation Kit required for installing the TF49 in Freightliner Cascadia cabinets that did not originally have a factory refrigerator installed. Black mounting plate installs using existing holes in cabinet. No drilling required. Refrigerator plugs into existing factory wiring harness from the REAR of lower cigarette type plug. (NEVER USE A CIGARETTE PLUG AS A PERMANANENT CONNECTION.)
To install the TF49-4PCAS-N Installation Kit you will need both the TF49-4PCAS-N and TF49-2PCAS-R installation instructions. Please see Installation Instructions below
The galvanized plate and top "L" brackets included in the kit must be attached to the bottom and top of the TF49. See TF49-2PCAS-R Installation Instructions below for details. Once installed, simply slide in the new refrigerator on the black floor bracket, bolt it into place and the new refrigerator is installed. Final appearance is just like the OEM at a fraction of the price.
Installation time is also faster and typically takes about 1/2 hour for an average person. This kit contains all the hardware needed. Requires basic hand wrench and socket and possibly a drill. NOTE: If your cabinet has a door, this will need to be removed. Freightliner does sell a trim bezel for this cabinet when a fridge is installed.
