Shore Power (110 VAC)
The use of shore power eliminates the need for generators, solar power or running the vehicles engine to recharge the auxiliary deep cycle battery during long stop overs.
CR65CASR can alternatively be used in shore power applications where 110 VAC power is available. Simply add a 12 V battery charger always connected to the deep cycle battery. You can plug and unplug the battery charger without affecting the fridge. This is also a very cost effective alternative.
Truck Fridges
The CR65CASR is designed to replace a failed Freightliner OEM (PN: A22-78699-000) fridge in the 2018+( CA126-P4) NEW model Cascadia trucks. This refrigerator can only be installed in the new Cascadia model truck that has a factory cabinet and the OEM cabinet door cannot be reused. (Cabinet opening should measure approximately 17 3/4 € wide).
