Northern Fridge only ships within Canada!
Northern Fridge will ship the product within 2 business days of a completed order, if product is in-stock. If the product is not in-stock the product will be shipped within 10-12 business days of a completed order. In the event the product is not in-stock, Northern Fridge will advise customer via email and customer will have the option to proceed with the order or request a full refund.
Upon customers request, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customers credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on customers statement.
If customer hasn’t received a refund within 30 days, the customer should first check their bank account or credit card company again as it may take some time before customers refund is officially posted. If customer still has not received their refund yet, please contact Northern Fridge at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Northern Fridge will ship customer orders via standard ground transportation, using a carrier/courier as chosen by Northern Fridge. Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days from time of shipping. Northern Fridge cannot guarantee delivery of customers product. At the time of a completed order, Northern Fridge will email the customer shipping information including carrier name and tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to track the shipment if required.
Northern Fridge will charge customer standard ground transportation rates on all orders. All rates quoted are based on "Standard Servicing Area" shipping addresses as determined by the courier.
An additional charge will be applied where the origin or destination point is deemed by the courier to be remote or is not serviced directly by the courier. Please contact Northern Fridge for details.
Customer may request special shipping instructions (i.e. next day, Saturday delivery) at an additional cost. Additional cost may also apply if shipping multiple product to the same location. Customer will be advised via email of any additional costs and customer must approve any additional costs prior to shipping. Any additional shipping costs must be paid in full before the product is shipped. In the event customer does not approve any additional cost, a full credit will be applied to the customers credit card.
In the event the product is damaged during shipping the customer is responsibility for notifying Northern Fridge of any damage to the product within 2 business days of receipt. After this period, Northern Fridge is no longer responsible for shipping damage.
Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to and from Northern Fridge. Customer may ship the product back prepaid using customers own choice of shipper or customer may contact Northern Fridge for a competitive shipping quote for Northern Fridge to handle the return shipping for customer. If customer has Northern Fridge handle the return shipping, the customer agrees to pay Northern Fridge the return shipping cost in full before returning the product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note. If customer is shipping a product over $75, customer should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
If the product has shipped and delivery is refused by the customer, the refund will be less all shipping charges to and from the customer.
